as noted below:

After January 4th, 2010, please book your appointment by calling the telephone number indicated for your physician's pod.

Note:  Due to University of Waterloo regulations, there will now be a cost to park your car at both 10 Victoria Street South and 25  Joseph Street.  We have been able to reduce this cost significantly, to $1.00 per visit.  Tokens will be available at our Reception Desk for patients to purchase.  There is limited free parking located near 10 Victoria Street South (see map)
